All new clients with no previous credit history must pay in full at the time service is rendered. Clients with high cost emergencies may be extended partial credit with proof of good credit history. A total of 50% down will be required with a limit of 90 days to make payments on remaining balance.

All elective services must be paid for in full at the time service is rendered. These services include; vaccinations, routine surgeries, food, and pet supplies.

In order to qualify for long term credit, you must have a minimum of six paid visits. Elective services must be paid in full.

There will be a service charge of 2% or a minimum of $3.00 on any bill over 30 days past due.

We reserve the right to remove credit privileges to an established client who has abused any credit term.

A $25.00 returned check fee will be charged for any check returned to us.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. We also offer the services of a company called "Care Credit". Care Credit is an alternative source for clients with financial needs providing low monthly payments. Financing is done while you wait and Care Credit provides to clients with low incomes and a good credit history.
